    Unetsafe Limited ("Unetsafe"/ "we"/ "our"/ "us") is committed to protecting and respecting our visitors' privacy. This privacy notice has been created to provide Website visitors and clients of Unetsafe ("you") with a clear explanation as to:

    In the event that personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfers shall be subject to specific EU and Maltese data protection laws.

  9. How long do we keep your personal data?

    Subject to your rights in Clause 10 hereunder, we retain your personal data included on your profile for as long as this is necessary to provide you with our services and for long as it is necessary for us to comply with our record-keeping requirements in terms of the law and to be able to respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf. Hence, we will retain your personal data even after the completion of our services to you where this is required by the Data Protection Laws or any other applicable legislation.

    We will not collect more data than we require or retain your data for longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice.

    The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you. Though we neither use automated decision-making not profiling.

    The right to receive compensation for damage incurred as a result of an infringement of this Notice or any of the Data Protection Laws.

    Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

    The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes this Notice of any of the Data Protection Laws.
